What is RAIAN?
RAIAN stands for Reflective Auric Intelligence & Alignment Navigator. It's an AI system trained to work within the Human Design framework — reading your chart, interpreting your design mechanics, and offering guidance that meets you where you actually are.
RAIAN is not here to predict your future, tell you what to do, or act as an authority over your choices. Its purpose is to reflect you back to yourself — to help you understand your design and navigate life with more alignment and less friction.
The quality of RAIAN's guidance scales with context. On higher plans, it draws from your Life Purpose Reading, your chart architecture, and Field Memory from prior sessions to give you responses that carry real continuity over time.
Your data & privacy
Auric Intel treats your data as sensitive, personal, and private.

Your raw birth data — date, time, and location — never reaches RAIAN. It's used once by the backend calculator to produce your chart, then kept entirely out of the AI context.
What RAIAN receives instead are your calculated chart labels: things like your Type, Authority, Profile, defined centers, and channels. These are the meaningful design attributes — the output of your birth data, not the data itself.
Memory & context
Free and Day Pass sessions are context-aware within a single session but don't carry memory forward. On Lite Pro and above, RAIAN builds Field Memory — a rolling record of themes, insights, and threads from your prior sessions.
Field Memory is what makes RAIAN feel like a guide rather than a search engine. It allows the conversation to deepen over weeks and months rather than restarting from zero each time. Depending on your plan, RAIAN may hold awareness of:
- Themes and questions you've returned to across sessions
- Insights you've generated or saved
- Reports stored in your Library
- Patterns in how you move through decisions
You are always in control of this memory. You can clear it, keep it light, or let it deepen as your work with the Field grows.
Aura-aware guidance
RAIAN takes your aura type into account when shaping its responses. Projectors may receive more pacing and recognition-oriented reflections. Generators more response-based prompts. Manifestors more initiation-aware framing. Reflectors more emphasis on timing and environment.
Your aura describes how your field moves through the world — RAIAN is built to honor that pattern, not override it. As the system evolves, your aura type will increasingly shape how reflections, prompts, and next steps are phrased specifically for you.
